Walker Landscape Maintenance
When the economy crashed in 2008, there were little to no construction jobs in the Valley. Kane, Andres, and Mike felt there was a need for landscape maintenance so they created jobs for themselves and their employees. There initial idea was to do strictly maintenance but soon realized that the need for construction existed. They obtained a C10 license, and Walker Landscape Maintenance, LLC was born. Their vision to provide value, great customer service, and to be committed to resolving issues is really what makes us different. This was their main area of focus, and still is to this day.

We love meeting new people and providing a beneficial service that enhances the lifestyle of our customers. Many people enjoy hanging out in their yards for long periods of time, and it just makes sense to create a space that is ideal for each of our customers.
It is enjoyable to go outside and soak up the sun in a beautiful outdoor space you can call your own. We help our customers to design the outdoor living space of their dreams, and that is the reason why we do what we do……

What We Do Best
We design, install, and create ideas that meet the budget of the homeowner. We are a premium landscaping company with a minimum job size of $5,000. We have creative designers that work with you to design custom outdoor living spaces. We work with many Home Owners Associations in town and are familiar with the restrictions and guidelines they require. We provide free designs for the homeowner to submit to their HOA once an estimate is approved.
Our estimates are detailed and we are very flexible when it comes to making changes that the homeowner requests as they come up during installation. We only charge for what we do and are in constant communication with the homeowner to deliver the most value.
Who is Walker Landscape Maintenance
Kane Norton
Kane has a background in land development. In 1990 he worked for master plan developer, developed Green Valley, Green Valley Ranch, and Seven Hills. In 1995 he was offered a land development position with Louis Homes, who at the time was the largest residential builder in Las Vegas. Kane worked for numerous builders until 2006, went to work for another developer at Mountain’s Edge until the economy crashed in 2008. Kane managed the Terminal 3 Project at the McCarran Airport. Walker Landscape Maintenance, LLC was born in 2010 with 4 employees and 2 trucks, and built it to what they are today with 48 employees and 20 vehicles.
Andres has been in landscaping for 15+ years. Starting out as a laborer with the company, Andres worked his way up to the top of the company. He now oversees the landscape and design division and assists in supervising the maintenance division. When you work with our landscape designers, Andres is the one you will be working with. The magic truly happens with him. He works with each client to help their visions come to fruition by being the one who personally lays out every project. He takes the time to select all material used in our projects and ensures it meets customer standards.

Mike Walker
Mike got his start in the oil fields in Texas and came to Las Vegas to work for his brother. Mike spends his time taking care of the company vehicle maintenance, making sure their employees are safe and driving reliable vehicles so our crews are always on time to our job sites every day. You might also find Mike out in the field meeting with long term clients or on a service call when necessary. Having been with the company since day one, he’s helped influence the training and development of the staff as well.

WLM does a lot of work for Green Valley Grocery and Burger King in the Valley, so if you see the landscaping for these businesses it is more than likely the handiwork of Walker Landscape Maintenance.
